I am a human geographer working at the intersection of urban studies, political economy, and development geography. My research examines displacement, land, and urban redevelopment in the Global South, with a focus on how cities are made through processes of exclusion, resettlement, and contested claims to space.

Alongside academic writing, I engage in public scholarship, book reviews, and collaborative projects that bridge theory and practice.

I am a PhD student in Geography at the University of Colorado Boulder. You can find my university profile here: https://www.colorado.edu/geography/anshul-sharma

Please get in touch if you are interested in my work or have ideas for collaboration.
